Elevate Life Publishing didn’t start as a business plan or a big vision board moment.
It started with me writing a puberty book for my daughter because I really didn’t want to recreate the awkward, half-explained, everyone-staring-at-the-floor-hoping-it’s-over-soon version of that talk most of us remember getting (and spent decades trying to forget).
I wanted something clear. Easy. Not too much, not too little. And definitely not something that left her more confused than when we started.
I shared it with a few friends, and their reaction was basically unanimous: You need to publish this.
That’s when things started to shift.
Even as a kid, my favorite section of the bookstore wasn’t what everyone else was reading. While other girls grabbed The Babysitters Club, I picked up a How to Breakdance book and not to brag, but I can still do a respectable pop-and-lock (minus the parachute pants).
a story about confidence
then share it in a way that my daughter can understand. Something that feels clear, approachable, and maybe even a little funny.
When something actually helps, I want to understand why it works...
These books are created because I’ve lived them, needed them, or tested them firsthand.
I’ve lost 40 pounds through intermittent fasting, used castor oil on thinning hair and skin that suddenly decided to look… older, and navigated plenty of awkward conversations, health changes, and “why did no one explain this better?” moments along the way.
Every book goes through the same filter:
Some books are for growing up. Some are for feeling better. Some are for learning something new.
Some are just for fun.
All of them are designed to meet people where they are and help them elevate.
Every book is created to offer relief, confidence, and the reminder that you’re not the only one navigating these moments.
Complex topics are broken down into clear, easy-to-understand guidance that actually makes sense in real life.
You’ll find practical tools and reassurance without guilt, overwhelm, or being told there’s only one “right” way.
