Let's rewind a bit. With over 25 years of teaching middle school in Los Angeles Unified School District. My career in education has given me a deep understanding of the importance of personal growth and lifelong learning. I've heard the pleasure (and occasional challenge) of shaping young minds and learning a thing or two about patience. Trust me, if you can handle a class full of middle schoolers, you can handle anything, right?

But teaching wasn't only my gig. I've also spent over 30 years in the Air Force Reserve Medical Service, ultimately achieving the rank of Brigadier General. Yes, you heard that right! I can command a military unit and still find my way around a classroom. This journey instilled in me a sense of discipline, resilience, and the ability to keep calm under pressure - skills that are surprisingly useful in both military operations and making my way across a middle school cafeteria!

In addition to my role as a Teacher and a General, I am also a certified Law of Attraction coach and an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping practitioner. These fancy titles mean I can help you manifest your dreams and tap away your stresses. Basically, I'm like a life-enhancing Swiss Army knife.

And last but not the least, the most important title I hold is that of a Mom. It's the job that comes without a manual but with plenty of laughter, lessons, and occasional LEGO underfoot. This role has taught me the most about myself, unconditional love, the art of doing ten things at once while still managing to find the favorite missing stuffy.
